Having worked in the textile industries for over 30 years and graduating in 2001 with a BA(Hons)degree in International Textiles and Surface Pattern Design, I have been Lucky enough to exhibit my work in London, Paris and New York. Through collaboration, I've also had work published in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, International Textiles, Drapers Record and The Times Magazine. I have worked with many fashion designers over the years (some famous), as well as teaching fine art and textiles.
After leaving the teaching profession I decided to work as a freelance designer, creating art works to commission, soft furnishings, handcrafted greetings cards, but my passion has always been in the creative world of fashion. Since 2005 I have been working producing bespoke traditional corsets and pasties for those who share my passion for such garments with the hint of burlesque 'Titillation'. I mainly work to commission as this is my preferred way of working, allowing me to create garments unique to clients' specification.
Having finally got around to creating my own dot com, I'm currently working to create my first 'Divine' collection of 'off the shelf'' wares.
